EaP Plus Grants for networking in Brokerage Events or in Preparatory Meetings for h2020 - 4th CALL

In the framework of EU EaP Plus project (https://www.eap-plus.eu/) National Academy of Sciences of RA announces the 4th and the last call for networking grants for participation in Brokerage Events related to Horizon2020 as well as in Preparatory Meetings for the development of concrete project proposals for selected thematic calls within H2020.

The aim of the Grant scheme is to extend scientific networks between EU Member States/non-EaP Associated Countries and EaP countries as well to increase the number of EaP participants in submitted H2020 project proposals.

The grant is open for Armenian researchers from:

  • Research entities e.g. research institutions/organizations, higher education institutions etc.,
  • SMEs and Industry,
  • Local Authorities
  • Civil Society

to attend either a Brokerage Event or a Preparatory Meeting.

The Grant will cover the following costs: travel, accommodation, event participation fee, visa costs and per diem or actual expenses.

In this scheme particular attention will be given to applications related to preparation of proposals addressing the SPIRE which are explicitly encouraging the participation of EaP partners into the proposals. Important dates

Final deadline for submission: 30 May  2019 unless the available budget is consumed earlier. (applying for events between November 2018 and 12 July 2019). The application form needs to be sent minimum one month before the selected event.

What is a Brokerage Event?

An event with a group of international researchers, policy makers, stakeholders allowing participants to network and find potential cooperation partners in specific scientific areas.

What is a Preparatory Meeting?

A meeting allowing researchers to prepare and develop project proposals with international partners targeting selected thematic calls within H2020.
